You are invited to join the Edina Girl Scouts in the annual city of Edina 4th of July Parade
March with Edina Girl Scouts and show your Girl Scout Pride!
There will be flags and banners to carry & fun items to hand out to parade spectators.
This is your chance to shine!
Who? All registered Girl Scouts!
When: Friday, July 4th, 2025
Time: Line up by 9:30am. Willson Road will close at 7:30 am to car traffic. Late arrivals should use Normandale Road (West frontage Rd) South to Benton Avenue, left on Benton to Normandale Rd, left on Normandale Rd (East frontage road) to P2. Please note: There is limited parking in the area and participants will most likely need to be dropped off nearby or walk to get to our spot in line.
Where: Parade route will start at Willson Road. (Girl Scouts will be #28 in line) Pick up: At the entrance of the US Bank parking lot (50th Street/Halifax) after the GS have finished walking.
Attire: See FAQs; remember to bring water in a water bottle and a hat!
Cost: Free! Fun patches will be provided for all participating Girl Scouts!
RSVP: Please SIGN-UP HERE so we know how many Girl Scouts/adults will be walking with us at the parade. If you'd like to help with the float & pre-parade prep, we welcome the extra hands. Contact April Wolfson if you'd like to help with float prep.
Be Prepared: FAQs and Permission Slip Note: A permission slip is only required if you are not walking with your Girl Scout. The posted permission slips can be downloaded. If you need to edit, download and make a copy with your google account.
