Juliette's Roller Garden Birthday Party - October 26th

Edina Girl Scouts plans to celebrate Girl Scout founder Juliette Gordon Low's birthday complete with birthday cake and special guest appearance by the MN Roller Derby!   This is not a drop off event so please have an adult present during the event.

The event takes place on October 26th from 4:30 - 6:30 pm at the Roller Garden located at 5622 West Lake Street in St. Louis Park.                                           

Cost is $6.00 per child or skater. There is no charge for adult non-skaters. 


Donations:  Please bring one of the following Birthday Cake items to be donated to VEAP (https://veap.org/get-help/veap-programs/) 

Cake Mix or Frosting - undecorated box with an expiration date over six months out
Candles

Hello Edina Girl Scout Leaders and Parents!


The League of Women Voters, active in the suffrage fight, is celebrating its centennial with a series of events highlighting this critical moment in history. Edina Girl Scout SU138 has partnered with the Edina chapter of the League of Women Voters to present a wonderful opportunity for Girl Scouts to learn about the suffrage movement.


Date: Thursday, October 24th, 2019

Time: Varies by Troop Designation and event signed up for (see links below)

Location: Southdale Public Library, 7001 York Ave S, Edina

Cost: $4.00 per girl scout until September 30th; after September 30th - $5.00 per girl scout (Fun patch and activities provided)

Edina Weekend of Service Event in Honor of Girl Scout Troop 3055

RESCHEDULED (due to weather conditions):  Saturday, June 1st from 9:00-11:00 am.




Join your Girl Scout sisters nationwide in the weekend of service to honor our fellow Girl Scout Troop 3055 members who's lives ended way to soon while trying to Make the World a Better Place.   In remembrance, the Edina Girl Scout Service Unit 138 is planning a "Park Clean Up Day" at Rosland Park, Edina on May 19th from 1:00 - 3:00 pm.

Sign Up is now open for Troop Leaders to register those girls bridging from one level of girl scouts to the next.  Troops are also asked to sign up for an event task.

Please feel free to invite family and friends to this long honored Girl Scout tradition.

The event takes place at the Roller Garden at

Mandatory leader meeting for end of year wrap up. Pick up GS cookie incentives, discuss troop finance reports, registration and state of the service unit.
