Girl Scouts and the Suffrage Movement

Hello Edina Girl Scout Leaders and Parents!


The League of Women Voters, active in the suffrage fight, is celebrating its centennial with a series of events highlighting this critical moment in history. Edina Girl Scout SU138 has partnered with the Edina chapter of the League of Women Voters to present a wonderful opportunity for Girl Scouts to learn about the suffrage movement.


Date: Thursday, October 24th, 2019

Time: Varies by Troop Designation and event signed up for (see links below)

Location: Southdale Public Library, 7001 York Ave S, Edina

Cost: $4.00 per girl scout until September 30th; after September 30th - $5.00 per girl scout (Fun patch and activities provided)


Registration is open to all registered Edina Girl Scout troops. Space is limited. Please follow the links below for more information and to sign-up!
